Pamela Liebman is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Corcoran Group, the country’s premier residential real estate firm. Under Liebman’s dynamic leadership, Corcoran is the leading, most successful brokerage firm in each of the markets it serves, New York, the Hamptons, and South Florida.
Liebman began her career as a Corcoran agent. She was quickly identified as a natural leader with an innate ability for attracting and developing talent and a sharp analytical mind with a strategic approach to growing the real estate business. Her ability to anticipate market trends and develop strategies to swiftly capitalize on market opportunities led to her appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Corcoran Group in 2000.
Liebman accelerated the firm’s growth by expanding into key East Coast markets with acquisitions of top tier brokerage firms in the South Florida and Hamptons markets and with the purchase of Citi Habitats, New York City’s largest rental brokerage firm. Under Liebman’s direction, she founded Corcoran Group Marketing, New York’s leading new development marketing firm which subsequently acquired The Sunshine Group, the nation’s leading marketing agency for luxury condominium projects, to create Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Furthering the reach of Corcoran on an international level, Liebman established a Corcoran global presence through a strategic alliance with Monaco-based international luxury real estate firm, John Taylor.
Liebman successfully negotiated the partnership with Related Companies and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group to lead the marketing and sales of Related Companies Hudson Yards residential collection, part of the largest, most prestigious new real estate development project in the history of the United States.

She is a frequent speaker and panelist at various business and philanthropic conferences and events.
Born in in New York City and educated at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and the European Business School in London, Liebman is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Partnership for New York City, Women’s Forum of New York and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) where she serves on numerous panels and committees, including REBNY’s Executive Committee and its Board of Governors.
A long-term supporter of charitable and humanitarian organizations, Liebman is a member of the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer and a founding board member of the Wipe Out Leukemia Forever Foundation. She serves on the board of the USS Intrepid Foundation and is a supporter of the BASF Inner City Scholarship Fund.
