Three inspirational women executives from Anywhere recognized for their outstanding leadership and industry contributions

(NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today announced three senior executives - Sue Yannaccone, president and CEO of Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors, Kamini Lane, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Realty, and Sherry Chris, executive advisor for Anywhere Brands - were recognized on the prestigious HousingWire 2023 Vanguards list. These top female leaders were awarded for their significant real estate industry accomplishments and inspirational leadership.
In its ninth year, the award recognized 100 real estate professionals of all backgrounds that were carefully chosen by the HousingWire Selection Committee for their vital contributions and dynamic ways they are changing the industry while powering through challenges in the market.

· As one of the most prominent voices and leaders of the real estate industry, Sue Yannaccone assumed leadership of Anywhere Brands in 2020 and expanded her role to include Anywhere Advisors in 2023. She continues to drive growth for the company’s owned brokerage and franchise operations across the country, spanning all six of its brands: Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran®, ERA® and Sotheby’s International Realty®. She is also one of the industry’s leading advocates for women and diverse professionals, having founded What Moves Her® and driven the continued growth of the Anywhere Inclusive Ownership Program, which provides start-up assistance for underrepresented entrepreneurs.
· Kamini Lane was named president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Realty in March 2023 after previously serving as brokerage president for Sotheby’s International Realty. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Coldwell Banker company-owned brokerage’s 55,000 agent network, with a passion for innovative technology, a strong service culture, and expanding the dream of homeownership to more people throughout the world.
· Sherry Chris is a trailblazing and well-known influencer in the industry. Having made the decision to retire in May 2023 after nearly two decades of brand leadership and more than 40 years in the real estate industry, she was appointed as executive advisor for Anywhere Brands. During her time as president and chief executive officer of Anywhere Expansion Brands, which included Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and ERA, she made impactful relationships and built the businesses to better suit the next generation of consumers.
