Tracy Allen of Coldwell Banker Realty earns top spot in the Individual Volume category out of 165 real estate agents
MADISON, N.J. (October 18, 2023) — Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today announced that 47 affiliated real estate professionals were honored in this year’s Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) A-List, including agents from Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran ®, and Sotheby's International Realty®.
The A-List honors AREAA members for their outstanding production in 2022, which collectively generated more than $15.4 billion in sales volume from 20,472 transaction sides for the year. The honorees will be recognized at the AREAA’s National Convention this month.
For 2023, Tracy Allen, of Coldwell Banker Realty earned the No. 1 spot for Individual Volume, totaling more than $200 million for 2022. Dano Sayles, of Coldwell Banker Island Properties and Samantha Huang of Corcoran Icon Properties landed at No. 8 and No. 9, respectively, on the list.

· 47 Anywhere-affiliated agents were recognized for their Individual Volume, including Coldwell Banker (34), Sotheby’s International Realty (5), Corcoran (4), Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (2), and CENTURY 21 (2).
· About 30% of the Individual Sides category contained Anywhere-affiliated real estate professionals.
· Teams from Sotheby’s International Realty (No. 12), CENTURY 21 (No. 17) and Coldwell Banker (No. 20) landed in the top 20 producers for Team Volume, with representation also shown by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in this category.
