MADISON, N.J. – January 10, 2023 – Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services (formerly known as Realogy Holdings Corp.), today announced that more than 30 leaders from throughout the company and its storied brokerage brands – including Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran®, ERA®, and Sotheby's International Realty® – appear on the 2023 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200), more than any other company in the residential real estate industry. The company also boasts two leaders in the top 10 ranked professionals, including Ryan Schneider, Anywhere president and chief executive officer, and Sue Yannaccone, Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors president and CEO, who is the highest-ranked woman on the list.
The annual report, created and published by real estate consulting firm T3 Sixty, recognizes the reach and leadership of the industry's executives running the nation’s largest companies. The ranking reflects criteria used to evaluate the executives, including:
• Achievements over the past 12 – 18 months
• Size and reach of the companies they lead
• Overall influence within the industry
