Anywhere-affiliated agents represented one-third of the individual transaction volume category in The Alliance’s third annual Top Producers List, which featured more than 380 members in individual and team rankings
MADISON, N.J. (September 26, 2023) — Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today celebrated its affiliated agents recognized on the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance’s Top Producers List 2023, which commended 388 individual agents and teams from across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico for their efforts in 2022. Numerous agents from the Anywhere family of brands were highlighted on the list, representing Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA®, and Sotheby's International Realty®.

Anywhere had a significant presence in the four categories — Individual Sides, Individual Sales Volume, Team Sides and Team Volume — within this year’s list that in total saw members achieving $8.53 billion in sales volume and completing nearly 16,000 transactions in 2022.
Additional Anywhere recognition was as follows:
- Anywhere agents accounted for over 30% of the Individual Sales Volume category and Individual Sides categories.
- Anywhere agents in the Individual Sales Volume category collectively accounted for more than $2.2 billion.
- Wendy Storch of Sotheby’s International Realty was acclaimed for gaining more than $88 million in volume for 2022, taking the No. 3 spot on the Individual Sales Volume category.
- Alex Milshteyn from Alex Milshteyn Real Estate Associates, a Coldwell Banker affiliate, earned No. 5 in the Team Sides category and No. 6 in the Team Volume category, along with teams from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, ERA, and Sotheby’s International Realty in both categories.
- For 2022, teams from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, ERA and Sotheby’s International Realty accounted for more than $4 billion in volume for the Team Volume category.

The Top Producers list is developed by RealTrends in concert with the RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals rankings. Individual agents who are Alliance members were included if they generated at least 15 transaction sides in 2022 or $6 million in sales volume. Teams whose leader was an Alliance member, qualified if they generated at least 25 transaction sides or $9 million in sales volume for 2022. The Top Producers list has grown 51% year-over-year in honorees, as the organization has expanded to include more than 4,000 members since its launch in October 2020.
